Currently working as a Managing Director of Rock Stone Builders, I came to Pakistan in 2014 after almost 33 years of service in Saudi Arabia where I discharged my duties in various positions such as an Electrical Engineer, Project Manager and Project Director in local Saudi company namely; Saudi Binladin and one of the biggest multinational power company; Asea Brown Boveri (ABB). Throughout my career I remained involved in construction field and earned valuable experience of all engineering disciplines such as civil, electrical and mechanical. After five years of service in WAPDA as Junior Engineer I travelled to Saudi Arabia in 1981 in search of better opportunities. Not only I enjoyed a wonderful career; I also had a chance to travel and interact with people of many diverse cultures and backgrounds. I have learned in my career to stay loyal and honest with my work and I gave my best as everything that I did. Not only did Allah reward me with senior management positions but I also earned respect of every colleague in every company that I worked in.
After my retirement in 2014 from ABB with a very long and prosperous career I shifted back to Pakistan to enjoy my retirement life, little did I know that my son had no such plans and had already set up a construction business in Bahria Town Rawalpindi/Islamabad of which I am now Managing Director. We have been working in the construction sector for more than 6 years now and have made more than 15 houses in that period. We specialize in Residential Construction; we build our own houses for sale and for the clients who put their trust on us with their dreams. Not only our houses are unique and built with passion, I also put in all my technical expertise and international experience to make sure our houses are strong, safe and easy to maintain. My son, who is a gold medalist in his Master program; spends all his time brainstorming to make every house different and unique in a way that no house has ever been made before.
We are not just any construction company. Alhamdulillah, we do not just sell or make houses, we are here to build relationships. We have an excellent relationship with owners of almost every house that we ever sold or built. We ensure that the relationship does not end when the key is handed over; in fact, we believe that is where the relationship starts.
